01Scope
This policy applies to everyone who uses the EmberNest platform, EmberMission and related services, including users a customer invites. To confirm: confirm it is incorporated into the customer agreement
02You must not
- Use EmberNest to create or deliver malware, or to attack systems you do not have permission to test.
- Bypass approvals, gates or the acceptance-test requirement, or falsify evidence, approvals or audit records.
- Share credentials, or let a person approve their own priced work where segregation of duties applies.
- Submit code, data or prompts you have no right to use, or personal data without a lawful basis.
- Interfere with the service, its security controls or other customers' environments.
- Resell or white-label the service except under a franchise or white-label agreement.
03AI use
You are responsible for the models and providers you connect and for complying with their terms. To confirm: add restrictions on prohibited AI use cases if required
04Enforcement
We may suspend access to stop harm and will tell you why where we can. To confirm: notice, cure period and termination wording from the customer agreement
05Reporting misuse
Report misuse or a security concern to sales@embernest.ai. See the security and disclosure page for vulnerabilities.
