Included in platform access
Scanning and grading, healing on the rules you have marked safe to fix, deploy gates, the mission board and customer portal, recovery scans, and your monthly allowance of managed AI.
Charged separately
Delivery work, quoted per Sortie. AI usage beyond your allowance. Recovery engagements, per branch landed. Dedicated, white-label and self-hosted deployment. Add-ons.
Needs approval first
Every delivery quote, first by your commercial lead and then by the customer's budget owner. Any change to scope or price. Any fix on a rule you have not marked safe.

Starter
Free 14-day trial. 1 app, up to 100 contacts, £5 of managed AI a month or your own model key.
Professional
£149 a month. Up to 5 apps and 10,000 contacts, £50 of managed AI a month, 90-day data retention.
Business
£449 a month. Up to 20 apps, unlimited contacts, £150 of managed AI a month, 1-year retention, API access and webhooks, your own AI providers.
Enterprise
From £1,500 a month. Unlimited apps, dedicated support, retention to your policy, SLA, and AI on terms agreed per contract.
Contacts are the people your apps hold records for, such as customers or members.

Questions
How do AI costs work? Every plan includes a monthly allowance of managed AI. Beyond it, usage is metered and shown line by line on your bill, with limits and alerts. Or connect an existing Claude, OpenAI or Azure subscription, an OpenRouter account or local models, and that provider bills you directly.
Can I change plans? Yes. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
What happens at my limits? We tell you as you approach them. You can move up a plan, or we will help you reduce your usage.
Who carries out delivery work? We agree that before a pilot. It is not fixed on this page.
