About EmberNest

We build for organisations where every change has to be accounted for.

Named biographies are published when each person has agreed to be named, and when the background line is accurate for the people shown. Until then, this page covers why EmberNest exists and how we work with customers.

Why EmberNest exists

AI coding tools arrived in organisations whose controls were built for a slower pace of change. The tools got faster every month. The standards, approvals and assurance around them did not, and nor should they have: they exist for good reasons.

So we built the missing layer. EmberNest does not ask a controlled organisation to relax its controls. It makes AI-assisted work arrive already scoped, approved, checked and evidenced, in the shape those controls expect.

What we believe

Control should speed delivery up, not slow it down.

Good governance tells teams what they can do without asking. That is where the speed comes from.

Evidence beats assertion.

We would rather show you what shipped than tell you it did.

Your code, your environment, your models.

Where your software runs and which models see it are your decisions.

People stay accountable.

Agents work inside the scope people approve, and cannot sign off their own work.

How we work with you

The first conversation is commercial: the problem, the people involved and whether we are the right fit. Protected information and technical detail follow a mutual NDA. Then a controlled demonstration in your environment, and a pilot on one application with success criteria agreed up front.
